Welcome to Big Cash Snapper! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, tournaments, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in paid tournaments. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Big Cash Snapper is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not permit anyone under 13 to use our Services. Any attempt to access or register by someone under 13 is strictly prohibited.
Junior Tournaments:
We may offer special tournaments for players under 13. However, these are only accessible if a parent or legal guardian registers the child and supervises all participation. By registering a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Big Cash Snapper reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.
Payments and Prizes
Entry fees and cash prizes are clearly disclosed before tournament entry. By participating in paid tournaments, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All payouts are subject to verification and compliance with our anti-fraud policies.
We reserve the right to withhold or revoke prizes if we suspect fraud, cheating, or breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Services, including logos, game assets, and text, are the property of Big Cash Snapper or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspicious conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Big Cash Snapper disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Cash Snapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Galveston County, Texas.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
