One (1) Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on February 16, 2025, Location, Houston Fishing Show, George R Brown Texas, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010 at 2 PM.
Winner is not required to be present to win. Winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release and must be 18 years of age. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he/she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given Big Cash Snapper LLC, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, contact info and agree to opp in to text for marketing purposes, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. All federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and the winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes, title, and prep fees related to the prize which he/she owes at time of receipt.
GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE. The winner agrees to release all Big Cash Snapper chairmen, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. It is recommended that the winner adhere to all required and recommended safety and operational guidelines.
